CMU Tech Food Pantry
Food insecurity is a problem that affects many members of our community, including students at CMU and CMU Tech. In order to have a meaningful learning experience, Culinary Arts students must sometimes produce more food than can be consumed in class. Your contribution can help us fund a part-time student to coordinate packaging and distribution of leftovers and purchase take-out containers.
Our target goal of $2000 will fund a part-time position and supplies necessary to distribute food to students and community members. We also have a stretch goal of an additional $4000 to purchase a glass-door refrigerator to store and merchandise heat-and-eat meals for students on the CMU Tech campus.
